Client Focus and Specializations
Chloe is dedicated to helping young professionals overcome the obstacles standing between them and the lives that they want to live. Many young adults report feeling “stuck” in at least one area of their lives such as re-occurring problematic relationship patterns, difficulty finding motivation at work, or chronic feelings of failure despite their objective success. Through a collaborative process, Chloe focuses on helping clients better understand why they are engaging in these patterns, work through the underlying issues, and develop more effective strategies so that they can reach their goals and fully enjoy their lives. Chloe specializes in working with individuals who are experiencing difficulty managing their emotions, relationship stress, trauma, anxiety, and depression. Chloe’s therapeutic style is warm, non-judgmental, and focused on building a therapeutic environment where clients feel fully comfortable being themselves.
Modalities
Chloe utilizes evidence-based therapies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. She values using a relational approach focused on making therapy an engaging (and even fun) process for her clients.
