Client Focus and Specializations
Chloe specializes in helping young professionals break free from the patterns that keep them feeling stuck—whether in their relationships, careers, or sense of self. Many of her clients find themselves caught in cycles they don’t fully understand: repeating the same relationship dynamics, struggling to stay motivated at work, or feeling like they’re falling short despite external success. Chloe partners with her clients to explore what’s beneath these patterns, work through the emotional blocks holding them back, and build more intentional, fulfilling lives.
Her areas of expertise include emotional regulation, relationship challenges, trauma, anxiety, ADHD, and depression. Chloe brings a warm, approachable, and non-judgmental presence to her work and is committed to creating a therapeutic space where clients feel safe being fully themselves.
Therapeutic Approach
Chloe integrates evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). She blends these tools with a strong relational focus—making therapy a collaborative, supportive, and enjoyable process.
Bio
Chloe is originally from the Bay Area and graduated from Boston College with a Bachelors degree in Biology and Psychology. She went on to receive a Masters Degree in Social Work, also from Boston College.
